DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we accept all international orders.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. Rates are calculated through a UPS calculator.

International shipments are shipped via USPS First Class. Rates are calculated through a USPS calculator. International customers are responsible for any & all customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

I PLACED A SUCCESSFUL ORDER WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you placed a successful order you should have received a confirmation email with an order number.

If you have not received an email after 1 business day, contact us at INFO@GREED.NYC to confirm your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. 
Delivery in the USA typically takes 2-6 business days from the date it is shipped.

International orders may take 8-16 business days to arrive once shipped. 
All orders are provided with an electronic tracking number to check on the status of your delivery.

DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

Each item is made in limited quantities to ensure quality and uniqueness. Most inventory will not be restocked.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will then proceed with issuing you either a refund or shipping your exchange.

Note that any items returned to us in non-new condition will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

On your commercial invoice, please mark the return shipment as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING”.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will then proceed with issuing you either a refund or shipping your exchange.

Note that any items returned to us in non-new condition will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT: 

Note that all returned products must be in new condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached / packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

GREED® is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

GREED® will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If you happen to receive a damaged item please contact us immediately and we will exchange the faulty merchandise. Please include pictures of the damaged item/area. 

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order email us immediately.
